Every message will now cost money for WhatsApp corporate users. Starting on July 1, 2025, Meta will be introducing new prices. While some of the text messages will be free, the remainder will be charged in a sensible manner.
WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta, plans to significantly alter its business platform's pricing structure. From July 1, 2025, the company will charge all business accounts on a per-message basis instead of the per-conversation basis that was in place up until that point.
This change helps make WhatsApp more transparent.
