UP Govt Introduces WhatsApp Chatbot for Seamless Transport Services

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Uttar Pradesh Transport Department is introducing a big digital upgrade. The goal is to make transport-related services easier and more convenient for citizens.

This initiative includes launching digital tools like the new WhatsApp chatbot so people can access RTO services directly from their phones without standing in long queues or visiting offices. 

The ultimate objective of this initiative is to save time, reduce paperwork, and make the overall experience smoother for everyone.
